DIY DESIGN PACKAGES

For a practical design experience for all of my clients, I offer Design Packages. These include color consultations, DIY design projects, holiday design, and much, much more!

WHY? Everyone is making an effort to save money these days, but why does the comfort and functionality of your home have to suffer? It shouldn’t! So let me create a DIY design for you to go at your own pace.

1.      Color Consultation

  • To freshen up your interior without major renovations, consider redecorating. This package will give you a color concept for a room, whether lounge, kitchen or bedroom.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, photography of the space, interior analysis, ideas on color, schemes, accents, furnishings & general décor, and design brief and concept board

2.      DIY Mini-Design Concept

  • Go one step further than a color consultation; this gives you a mini concept design. This gives you a revised layout and color scheme in one package.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, photography of the space, interior analysis, design concept board, space plan, and detailed shopping list of fabrics, furniture, and lighting

3.      DIY Complete Design Concept

  • For a complete design from top to bottom this package allows you to create a beautiful room at your own pace.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, photography of the space, measurement of the space, interior analysis, space planning, (2) design concepts, (2) floor plans, (2) elevations, (1) perspective, mood board, and detailed shopping list of fabrics, furniture, flooring, surface finished, lighting and artwork

4.      Sustainability Design & Assessment

  • Green design focuses on energy efficiency, material sustainability, and effect on the environment. This gives you an assessment of how green your rooms are and DIY changes.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, interior analysis of (3) rooms, design concept board, detailed sustainability brief, and budgeted list of design elements.

5.      DIY Home Staging

  • To help you sell your home, this package focuses on dressing your home for resale.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, photography of the space, interior analysis, style, layout, scheme, & décor arrangements.

6.      Re-Design

  • Has that sofa never looked in place? This package is great for a big-impact redesign without buying anything new.
  • Includes: Floor plan using existing furniture and suggestions for changes

INSTALLATION PACKAGES

1.      First Impression Design

  • Help your front door or mudroom entry set the tone for the entire house.  Suddenly, it’s nice to walk in the door again.
  • Includes: Initial meeting, photography of the space, design concept board, space pan, elevation , paint color selection, and installation

2.      Holiday Design

  • We transform your home for whatever holiday or event you’d like while you sit back and relax!
  • Includes: Initial meeting, concept board, colors & theme, decoration and lighting selection, design installation of (2) interior rooms.

3.      Silver

  • Includes: In-Home Consultation, space plan & (1) elevation, vendor and manufacture management, furniture & fabric selection, final product installation

4.      Gold

  • Includes: In-Home Consultation, (3) client meetings, space plan for up to (3) rooms & (1) elevation per room, vendor and manufacture management, presentation board with fabrics, furniture,  finishes, & design brief, final product installation

5.      Platinum

  • Includes: In-Home Consultation, unlimited client meetings, space plan for up to (3) rooms & (1) elevation per room, vendor and manufacturer management, selection of colors, materials, & finishes, presentation board with fabrics, furniture,  finishes, accessories, & design brief, final product installation, budget analysis
